Touring the Webinars Screen

Touring the Webinars Screen

⏱️ 4-6 min

Find the Webinars list, tell Live from On Demand, and spot the three pages inside every webinar funnel.

Where it lives

Three places to know

Click Search at the top of your screen and type Webinars, then open it. That is home base. You can also find it in your menu, but menus can be renamed, so search is the sure way. Click a tab to see what each part does.

Every funnel in one place

Each webinar funnel you build shows up here as its own card or row. The New Webinar Funnel button lives in the corner.

  • Click New Webinar Funnel to start a build
  • First choice: On Demand or Live
  • Three-dot menu has options like edit, clone, and delete

Three connected pages

Click a webinar to open it. You will see Registration, Confirmation, and Broadcast steps. Together they are one funnel.

  • Registration is where people sign up
  • Confirmation tells them they are in
  • Broadcast is where the webinar plays

Edit a step

Select a step and click Edit. The page opens in the same drag-and-drop builder used for funnels and websites. Exit to land back on your three steps.

  • You may also see Settings or Schedule, and Stats areas
  • Tab names can differ, so read them off your screen

⚑ Tips

  • Close the New Webinar Funnel window if you are only looking. Nothing is built until you finish the wizard.
  • Clone makes a copy so you never start from zero. Delete removes a funnel, so be careful.
  • Tab names for Settings, Schedule, and Stats can differ in your account.
  • Look for the closest match when an option has a slightly different name.
